How it works

Both sides, end to end.

A marketplace has two customers. Here's exactly what happens for each of them, including who touches your parcel and when money moves.

Buying

  1. Find it

    Browse brands or search across all of them, then pick your size and colour.

  2. Add to your bag

    One bag per brand. Shop three brands and you get three separate orders.

  3. Check out

    Choose a delivery address and see the full total, delivery included, before you pay.

  4. We collect it

    The brand packs your order and hands it to us.

  5. It arrives

    We deliver it and you confirm you've received it.

Selling

  1. Apply and get verified

    Send a NIN or CAC certificate. We check it against your bank account and reply within two working days.

  2. Build your store

    Logo, banner, your own categories, and your pieces with sizes and colours priced per option.

  3. Take an order

    You see it the moment it's paid for, with the items and the delivery address.

  4. Hand it over

    Mark it ready and we collect. Your part is done at handover.

  5. Get paid

    Once we dispatch, your earnings settle at 1am the next morning and you can withdraw.

We handle delivery

The brand packs; we collect and deliver. We pay the courier, and the delivery fee you pay at checkout comes to us rather than out of the brand's margin.

Cancel before it ships

Cancel before we dispatch and you get a full refund to the card or account you paid with. After dispatch, contact support and we'll sort it with the brand.

Brands are paid after dispatch

A brand's earnings become withdrawable at 1am the morning after we dispatch — so nobody is paid for a parcel that hasn't moved.
