Send a NIN or a CAC certificate. We check it against your payout bank account and come back within two working days.

What is the commission?
10% of what you sell. Our first 30 founding vendors pay 0% for their first 12 months. If we ever change the standard rate you get 60 days' notice, and a change never applies to orders you have already taken.
When exactly do I get paid?
Once we dispatch an order, your earnings settle at 1am the following morning and you can withdraw to your bank at any point after that. Ship on Monday, withdraw from Tuesday morning.
Who handles delivery, and who pays for it?
We do, and we do. You pack the order and hand it over; we get it to the customer and we cover the courier. The delivery fee the customer pays goes to us, not out of your margin.
What if a customer cancels?
Before we dispatch, the customer gets a full refund to their original payment method and nothing is taken from you — your earnings are still pending at that point. After dispatch it becomes a case we handle with you directly.
What documents do you accept?
A NIN or a CAC certificate. Either is fine — you do not need a registered business to sell on Nuveta. The name has to match the bank account you want payouts sent to.
Where do you deliver?
Lagos first, plus one or two more cities at launch. We will confirm exactly which before we open.
